Refund / Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel the relevant service, you can submit a cancellation and refund request easily and quickly through your Depolas Z-Trade account at no extra charge.

You have the right to cancel the service within 7 days of service activation date. When you complete and submit the cancellation form you will be sent an e-mail with all the necessary information to complete the process.
